EXPLORATION
We provide services for exploration operations, measurements, collecting gravitational and magnetic data, performing Earth stratigraphy work using various geological, geophysical, geochemical and other means, examining and analysing data and providing Geological and reservoir studies. We carry out studies to install offshore platforms for the purpose of exploring for oil, gas and water, supplying and equipping rigs, and providing specialized expertise in the field of petroleum technology and equivalent petrochemicals and firefighting systems.
SUPPLY
Providing transportation services for materials, liquids, equipment and machinery related to oil operations. Further on, supplying ships within the Libyan coast and ports with fuel, by owning and renting means of transporting oil and gas locally and internationally by land and sea, and supplying oil fields. The company’s rights are as follows: In order to achieve its objectives, the company has the right to engage with institutions that engage in businesses similar to its business, or to cooperate openly to achieve its objectives, or to be its agent inside or outside Libya, to merge with it, to purchase it, or to join it, after obtaining the necessary approvals inside Libya from the relevant authorities and obtaining commercial agencies in their field.
TRANSPORTATION
Supply, installation and maintenance of oil and gas transportation and pumping pipelines, digital messaging systems
DISTRIBUTION
We establish, operate and maintain fuel stations, as well as support international companies by cooperating.
OIL DRILLING
For oil well drilling, we provide maintenance and service Inspections, as well as, installation and maintenance of equipment. Further on we provide access to drilling of oil and gas wells and for this make available oil pumps, compressors and gas turbines. Our establishments consist of floating offshore platforms for exploration, as well as equipment and systems in oil fields, ports and refineries.
COMMERCE
In order to achieve its objectives, the company exports, owns buildings as well as lands to carry out its activities in accordance with the provisions of the law. Our company imports the necessary equipment, machinery, spare parts and communication systems in the field of oil, as well as requirements, raw materials and means of transportation to achieve its objectives and carry out its activities. Additionally, we also contract local and foreign workers. The company has the right to request bank financing, local and foreign loans.
INSPECTIONS
Inspection of oil shipments, provision of transportation services for materials, equipment, and machinery related to drilling operations. We carry out tests and inspections of welding and metals, corrosion control, provision of technical oil services, and supplying Ships, dredgers and marine engines with fuel in ports as well as at sea.
SUPPORT
To support various operations, we import operating supplies, petroleum and chemical additives and provide spare parts, equipment, devices and technology necessary for the company’s requirements. Our aim is providing comprehensive service support for all activities related to oil exploration and manufacturing.
TRAINING
We provide numbers of implementation training and development programs, working diligently to raise the efficiency of engineers and technicians, and providing them with the necessary technical expertise.
CONSTRUCTION
Construction and installation of tanks and pipeline stations the pumping and the transportation of oil and gas. Construction of oil refineries and Petrochemical factories coupled with their maintenance, and the necessary cathodic protection works.
CONTROL SYSTEMS
Installation and maintenance of precise electronic petroleum equipment, early warning and control systems, as well as importing their spare parts.
IMPROVEMENT
We carry out annual overhauls, rebuild oil factories and refineries. We believe investing in updating and rebuilding of factories and refineries is the best way to increase their efficiency.
